  Nope... not Icelandic... but hillarious neverthe less... I don't think the interviewer is laughing at the content or the subject... :) I'm trying to think of what language that can be and Finish comes to mind but I wouldn't bet my life on it. It has many of the sounds of a Scandinavian language but I don't think it is.

  Yeah... it seems like the interviewer is cracking up at the guy's high-pitched voice.... I love how he totally loses it when he opens it up to the audience and the guy with the question has the most extremely opposite voice imaginable... it's very rude, but I cracked up too... ;).

    I was cracking up the whole video too... but just cuz of the interviewer... just looking at him and seeing him laugh and that uncontrollable urge to laugh at some one... knowing of course that his career is over! Harsh eh?

  I´ve seen this before and had it explained. To start with I think this is dutch. And he´s doing an interview with people that have gone through some kind of operations that went wrong because of doctors mistake. So it´s a very serious program. And the interviewer just can´t stop laughing at this guy. After the program he was fired and started to work on a radio station.

  It is an interview done by Belgium television. ( it is vlaams, not Dutch)
  The topic is about people who had surgery and where fully sedated. And then found out something went wrong. The lady has problems with her sex life after the operation and the man has problems with his vocal cords. The man responding in the audience said he had the same thing happening to him.
  I am not sure what program it is from, but it looks like a candid camera situation.
